Recipe. 
We start with iconic Belgian Callebaut milk chocolate – smooth and milky rich cocoa with seductive caramelly notes.  We pair it with fresh Virginia roasted peanuts and our own natural peanut butter mix, then carefully nestle it in filo layers and finish with our housemade syrup.  Each baklava diamond is about 30 filo layers tall with layers of peanuts, melted chocolate and peanut butter mix.  Indescribably delicious.
