Refund policy
If you are dissatisfied with your pureBAKLAVA, order, we will provide a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping.
To initiate a refund, email stephen@purebaklava.com including the following:
- Subject: pureBAKALAVA Refund
- Include in body of message: Name on Order, Date Ordered, Order Number, Date Received, and Reason for Dissatisfaction
If your box was damaged during shipping, we'll send out a new box within 1-2 business days. If inventory is no longer available, a full refund - including shipping - will be provided.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used to make a purchase. It will be initiated on our end within 3 business days but may take longer to show up on your account.
Refunds or replacement claims must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of package delivery.
