At pureBAKLAVA, we’re committed to delivering your baklava reliably, quickly, and as fresh as possible.

Where We Ship

pureBAKLAVA ships within the United States only.
All orders are shipped from Dublin, Ohio, USA.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS. Transit times depend on UPS service availability and your delivery address.
Customer addresses that use P.O. Boxes are shipped USPS Ground.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Ground Shipping on orders $50+ shipped to a single address (UPS)
  • $5 Flat Rate Ground Shipping per address on orders under $50 (UPS)
  • When shipping to multiple addresses, shipping rates apply per address
  • Express Shipping is available at checkout; rates are established based on UPS pricing averages for 3-day delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in alignment with our baking and scheduling calendar.
Processing times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand. Normal order processing is the next business day.

Delivery Timing

Orders are normally shipped the next business day using UPS Ground. UPS provides estimated business-day transit times that vary from 1 business day to 5 business days. When a specific delivery date is selected by the customer, we ship the order based on UPS transit time estimates so it arrives as close as possible to your selected delivery date.

Please note: Actual delivery may vary depending on UPS performance. pureBAKLAVA is not responsible for carrier delays, including weather or operational disruptions.

Choosing Your Delivery Date (Gift Ship Date Picker)

When gifting, you can request a preferred delivery date by selecting “Send as gifts” during checkout.

We will ship according to UPS’s estimated transit times to align your delivery as closely as possible with the requested delivery date.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

When using “Send as gifts,” each address is treated as its own shipment.
Shipping rates apply per address, based on the order subtotal delivered to that location.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate and complete.

We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.

P.O. Boxes

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and we strongly discourage using them for pureBAKLAVA shipments.

P.O. Box deliveries may experience significant delays, especially during the holiday season. If you need to ship to a P.O. Box, please email us before ordering so we can advise on timing and options.

Customers choosing to ship to P.O. Boxes accept responsibility for delays or delivery issues associated with USPS.

Order Tracking

A UPS tracking number will be emailed automatically once your order ships.
