Our approach is pure and simple.  Do everything by hand, unhurried, in small batches.  Only use the freshest, pure ingredients that are bursting with flavor.  Ship it directly to you, freshly baked, securely packaged, and wrapped to preserve that just-out-of-the-oven flavor. Filo is layered upon layer with real butter and farm-fresh California walnuts, creating endless nooks and crannies to soak up our house-made syrup.  Moist. Buttery sweet. Authentically fresh.
