Our approach is pure and simple.  Do everything by hand, unhurried, in small batches.  Only use the freshest, pure ingredients that are bursting with flavor.  Ship it directly to you, freshly baked, elegantly packaged, and wrapped to preserve that just-out-of-the-oven flavor. Filo is layered on layer with farm fresh nuts, creating endless nooks and crannies to soak up our house-made syrup.  Moist. Buttery sweet. Authentically fresh. We haven’t skimped on anything and it tastes that way.
