About Our Nuts, in a Nutshell
No ordinary nuts will do.  That's why all of our nuts are shipped directly to us from the source -- nut farms operated by families that go the extra mile to ensure that their crops set the standard for flavorful freshness.  Walnuts from Chico, California, Pistachios from Terra Bella California and Pecans from the southern band of Pecan trees that runs through Fort Deposit, Alabama.  You'll taste the difference of plentiful, just-harvested nuts in each nibble because they haven't been sitting around in a warehouse somewhere.

Recipe
Our approach is pure and simple.  Do everything by hand, unhurried, in small batches.  Only use the freshest, pure ingredients that are bursting with flavor.  Ship it directly to you, freshly baked, elegantly packaged, and wrapped to preserve that just-out-of-the-oven flavor. Filo is layered on layer with farm fresh nuts and real butter, creating endless nooks and crannies to soak up our house-made syrup.  Moist. Buttery sweet. Authentically fresh. We haven’t skimped on anything and it tastes that way.

Shelf Life
Keep pureBAKLAVA in the fridge for up to 60 days, always serve at room temperature.
